Staff
From time-to-time we will recruit for specific jobs, but we always want to hear from you if you are interested in joining us.
Opportunities may come up in the operations or design advisor teams. Design Advisors are the core of our team; managing design review panels, workshops and charrettes, design surgeries and training events. Design advisors can be appointed at different levels so the role might suit somebody early in their career, mid-career, or more experienced. Our operations team provides the support that enables service delivery and that drives our growth.
Associates
To manage peaks in demand we also need freelance panel managers who can oversee design review meetings and produce reports afterwards.
Expert Panel Members
Becoming a member of expert panel offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise to the delivery of our full range of services; from design review to the delivery of major workshops to our training sessions.
We refresh our expert panel every three years, but often strengthen particular disciplines to reflect changes in demand. In addition, we regularly refresh the local authority panels that we manager and we launch new local panels and advice and training programmes.
We interested in hearing from today’s and tomorrow’s leaders who want to join us and contribute to diverse panels with a 50/50 gender balance.
