This half-day session will provide an introduction to a range of housing types and tenures, exploring design approaches to well-integrated housing developments. Design solutions for different densities will be discussed, including amenity, parking and refuse. The ‘Introduction to’ sessions are aimed at officers and private sector practitioners with limited experience in these areas.
