Across Kent and Medway, intense town centre development and large urban extensions are bringing new life to towns and villages. However, this scale of change can be disruptive to local character and be challenging for communities.
This online masterclass will explore the concept of local character, how new development can reflect it and when it is appropriate to have a break in character.
