Design South East is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Helen Goodwin as the organisation’s new Head of Programmes.
Helen took up the position in January this year, and will work closely with Design South East’s local authority clients and their stakeholders to oversee and develop the design support and enabling programmes, championing our values of collaborative, multi-disciplinary dialogue and cross-sector knowledge sharing. Helen returns to DSE, where she was previously a Design Advisor, bringing an understanding of the multiple opportunities to influence design quality through the planning process.
Speaking of her new appointment, Helen said, “I’m so pleased to have come full circle and once again to be working with, and learning from, the DSE team, our expert network and our many partners and stakeholders to help shape great places across the wider south east, including many of the places where I have lived”.
