As part of an ongoing programme to support greater diversity throughout our design review panels, Design South East is launching a new recruitment process for upcoming panel set-ups and refreshes in 2020. We recognise the importance of working to change outdated cultures and challenging unconscious bias. To achieve this, we are committed to recruiting diverse professionals from across the built-environment sector by reaching and growing talent from under-represented groups.
