Andy Ward

Andy Ward is a chartered architect and urban designer and is a member of the South West Design Review Panel. Andy has been the lead designer on significant regeneration projects for Bristol, Poole, Slough, Gloucester, Bath and Taunton town centres. He has masterplanned major mixed-use communities in Swindon and Weston-super-Mare and delivered innovative housing proposals in sensitive locations. Private sector clients include Crest Nicholson, McCarthy & Stone, St. Modwen Prior to setting up NEW Masterplanning Andy was the Urban Design Team Leader at Birmingham City Council, responsible for projects such as the Jewellery Quarter, Brindleyplace and the Bull Ring, and led the urban design and masterplanning team at Terence O’Rourke.
