Paul has worked in the construction industry as a consultant, lecturer and researcher running practices specialising in building health and sustainability. Paul is a Design Council Expert and has been on more than 120 design review panels, including sitting on dedicated panels for Brighton & Hove, Oxford, St Albans, Ebbsfleet and HS2.
