Peter Bishop

Peter is Professor of Urban Design at the Bartlett, having trained in town planning at Manchester University. He was appointed as the first director of Design for London and was Deputy Chief Executive at the London Development Agency. In 2011 he was commissioned by the Design Council to carry out a review of national architecture and design policy on behalf of the government. Peter was also an expert advisor on The Farrell Review, a ministerial commission examining national design policy.
