Peter Neal is a landscape architect, environmental planner specialising in the planning, design, funding and management of green infrastructure frameworks, urban parks and the public realm. Trained at Manchester, he has a Master’s in Environmental Planning and Ecology from the Graduate School of Design, Harvard, and a Diploma in Ecology from University College London. He was formerly head of public space at CABE, a design advisor to the Olympic Delivery Authority for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and has given evidence to the DCLG Select Committee on the Future of Public Parks. He served as a Green Space Commissioner for the Mayor of London, is a member of the London and South Committee for the National Lottery Heritage Fund and a fellow of the Landscape Institute.
