Peter, a chartered architect, founded Peter Stewart Consultancy in 2005.
He was the Director of the design review programme at CABE, the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, from 1999 to 2005. He was the principal author of a number of CABE publications, including Design Review which set out CABE’s approach to assessing projects.
Since founding Peter Stewart Consultancy, he has acted as townscape consultant on major projects in London and elsewhere, and has appeared as an expert witness at many planning inquiries.
