Stephen leads IBI UK’s Infrastructure and Buildings Group. Stephen has served as a CABE Enabler and was a member of the CABE/NHS Design Review Panel. In June 2013, Stephen was invited to be an Ambassador for HS2, the UK High Speed Rail link
Current projects include advising local authorities on planning policy and leading design teams in the preparation of development strategies for a number of town and city centres.
