Steven manages the Transport Development Management Team at West Sussex County Council. He is a transport planner and urban designer with experience of working across the UK in both the public and private sectors. He previously managed the Transport Development Management team at Brighton & Hove City Council.
Steven is a member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and has a passion for and a commitment to, improving the quality of developments; creating high quality places that are more attractive and accessible for all via sustainable forms of transport.
