Vanessa Norwood is one of the leading curators of architecture in the UK and has commissioned and curated a range of exhibitions that celebrate architecture in a wider context. Previously Head of Exhibitions at the Architectural Association, one of the world’s most influential centres of architectural culture and learning, Vanessa has commissioned and curated a range of ambitious exhibitions and events from the British Pavilion in Venice, 2012 to public artworks in Bedford Square.
She is passionate about projects that enhance the public realm and is a pioneer of urban installations, overseeing a series of pavilions around the globe. She regularly contributes to publications, magazines and blogs on the subject of art and architecture and is a guest critic at juries.
