Vincent is a chartered town planner and holds a diploma in urban design. In 2015 he established his own consultancy working with a variety of public sector and private clients. Recent projects have included leading a local authority’s negotiation in respect of a prospective Garden Village
Prior to establishing the consultancy he had a long career with planning authorities in the south east and south west of England. During his local government career he led negotiations in respect of a wide range of major projects, including urban extensions, brown field redevelopment, new hospitals, schools, employment campuses and a town centre redevelopment.
