Right now we have three opportunities on our home page:

A communications specialist – to develop and manage our day-to-day communications, and promotional campaigns, through various channels.

A finance manager – to manage our finances including overseeing bookkeeping, producing management accounts and budgets for new and existing projects.

Panel members for the Ebbsfleet Design Forum. 

Apart from these opportunities we are always on the look out for people who might want to join us in the future.

Design South East is a growing organisation with more and more local authorities, developers and consultants wanting to benefit from working with us. Every year we launch new local panels and provide design advice and training services in new parts of the South East, East of England and London.

To satisfy this demand we need to grow our staff team. From time-to-time we will recruit for specific jobs, but at other times we also want to hear from people who are interested in working for us in the future. The main roles that are likely to come up in the coming months are:

Design Advisors – these are the core of our team; managing design review panels, workshops and charrettes, design surgeries and training events.  Design advisors can be appointed at different levels so the role might suit somebody early in their career, mid-career, or more experienced.

To manage peaks in demand we also need freelance panel managers who can oversee design review meetings and produce reports afterwards.
