This event held at the Turner Contemporary in Margate on 1st February 2017 celebrated the learning from almost 10 years of culture-led placemaking in Margate. With presentations from Alison Brooks, Alison Brooks Architects, Tom Fleming, Tom Fleming Creative Consultancy, Dr Andy Brown, Historic England South East, + many more, we focused on the legacy of the innovative Margate Arts Creativity Heritage (MACH) partnership programme, with a view to the future of economic and cultural development across Thanet.
