Charlotte has been a Chartered Landscape Architect for 40 years. Charlotte’s initial experience was with a New Town Development Corporation, and then moved to a City Council, then a County Council and was latterly employed as a Senior Landscape Architect in the Planning & Regeneration Directorate of a Unitary Authority identified as one of the major growth points in the South West. Charlotte has acquired extensive experience of reviewing, analysing and commenting upon the landscape impact of planning applications ranging in scale and scope from householder applications to major mixed use urban extensions. Charlotte is currently a volunteer Panel Member on the South West Design Review Panel.
