Craig is a Board member and Partner at PRP, specialising in placemaking, master planning and design-led mixed-use projects. His work covers complex brownfield projects, town centre regeneration, urban infills and estate regeneration across London, the UK, and abroad. He is familiar with all forms of residential, especially traditional tenures such as Open Market and Affordable along with Build-to-Rent, Co-living and Student.
Craig has designed and led a number of high-profile mixed-use projects and has won a number of awards for is work. He is adept at developing project narratives, stewarding them through the planning process, and balancing the many compromises that come with mixed use, viability and placemaking to ensure the most successful and highest quality ground floor environment.
