Lucie Tushingham started work in conservation and planning in 1999. She is a qualified Historic Buildings Advisor, with full membership of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and a Chartered Planner, with The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), and holds a Royal Horticultural Society Level 2. She was a judge for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South East Regional Awards 2017. She was a member of the Conservation Officers Group for both Surrey and Hampshire since 2002, serving as Chair 2008-2010. She was a member of the North East Hampshire Design Review Panel from 2008-2022 and is presently an assessor for the AABC. She has worked both in the private and public sectors, as Conservation and Design Officer for Local Authorities in Hampshire and Surrey, and is presently working as the Director of One Stop Conservation Ltd.
