SallyAnne has nearly 22 years of experience, working in local government in a number of roles, including leading on young people, play, community asset development and in more recent years, corporate coordination and stewardship for South of Ashford Garden Community. SallyAnne has seen the Chilmington development through from S106 negotiation into delivery, coordinating the project for the council and operating the stewardship trust on site.
A non-executive board member of Otterpool Park LLP (Otterpool Park Garden Town), she has recently also joined the team as Stewardship and Community Development Manager two days a week.
SallyAnne also works for Community Stewardship Solutions and her current main project is advising Places for People on stewardship for Gilston Park, part of the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town.
Passionate about people and place, SallyAnne puts community at the heart of her work and is able to support developers, community organisations and councils alike to find the best solution for each site, ensuring that in governance terms and operationally, the stewardship trust works in the long term.
