Sammy is a lead designer and an Associate at Lee Evans Partnership LLP. His design skills have been developed at LEP and CZWG – both of which practices have combined to produce a diverse and interesting portfolio of work and numerous awards.
He is now head of the Interior Design studio which is delivering the high-profile Margate Digital scheme alongside an extensive refurbishment of Grade 1 & II listed and also a scheduled ancient monument, Wye College. Sammy has also been the author of several Design Codes for proposed new settlements in and around Kent, as well as, coordinating large-scale masterplanning submissions. He runs internal Design Review panels, acts as a design mentor and has tutored at UCA Canterbury for several years.
