Tahima Rahman (Panel Mentee)

Tahima is a project architect at Jessop and Cook Architects, Oxford. Her work is a range of social housing schemes for Oxford City Council as well as charity and community projects across the county. The role involves running projects with clients every step of the way with a hands on approach and friendly point of contact.

The practice first sparked her interest to pursue a career in Architecture after work experience in 2010 and continued to support her throughout her education. Tahima studied at the University of Nottingham, embracing the opportunity to design, fundraise and build a school classroom and dining hall in Limpopo, South Africa; and spend 6 months studying abroad in Perth, Australia.

Tahima is also a RIBA Mentor for the undergraduate students at the University of Oxford Brookes and would like to be a RIBA Ambassador to run workshops in local primary schools in the future.
