Tania is an architect, entrepreneur, and author with more than twenty-three years of experience leading and innovating within multi-disciplinary teams. She has led small scale residential through to large-scale, high profile, national infrastructure projects for award winning practices in the UK and Australia. Including almost 13 years with Grimshaw, London.
Tania is passionate about improving the quality of our built environment through the pursuit of more effective leadership and design excellence. She is the founder of Ede Enablers, developing and supporting a more diverse range of talent and backgrounds to change the way projects are conceived, developed and delivered. Her primary motivation is so that high-quality projects are achieved without compromise, and leaders along with their teams don’t experience burnout in the process.
