Tom Fox

Tom is an urban designer with a track record in delivering regeneration programmes and leading the development of innovative spatial strategies. He places public value and equality at the centre of projects, and enjoys working across scales and disciplines.

Tom has experience across policy, regeneration and urban design including leading the Placemaking Team at London Borough of Bexley. Prior to that he worked at Hawkins\Brown Architects. He has led projects from the earliest stages of strategy and business case development into delivery and through to the stewardship and maintenance of places.

Tom was a Public Practice Associate from 2018-2023. He has taught architecture at Central St Martins and the Architectural Association, and held a research fellowship at the Jan van Eyck Institute.
