Like many places close to London, Woking is facing pressure for development and is taking on the challenge of accommodating higher density development in the context of a traditional town centre. Development of the town centre is already underway, with the three towers of the Victoria Square development marking just the start of a significant period of transformation of the town centre.
We review proposed high-density developments in the town centre, supporting the borough in its ambition to go tall and create a high-density hub at this sustainable location in the heart of Surrey.
